The Rahhala Store aims to ensure customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer returns and exchanges according to the following terms:
Return Period
Return or exchange requests can be submitted within 7 days from the date the order is received.
Return Conditions
The product must be:
- Unused and unwashed.
- In its original condition.
- Accompanied by all original tags.
- In its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used or washed products.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be issued to the same payment method within 5–10 business days.
